VIRTUAL EVENTS
The year was 2020...
Everyone was confined to their homes...
And the events industry was left wondering "What the heck do we do?"
We tested, we learned and we tested again.
MAY THE 4th STAR WARS TWitch STREAM
-
PLATFORMS:Twitch + YouTube
-
May the Fourth looked a little different in 2021, as we looked to launch our highly anticipated Mandalorian collection on Star Wars biggest day of the year. So we teamed up with our friends at Zumiez to take May the 4th online including: product reveals + demos from the Herschel Supply Design Team; Zumiez Stash contesting to win exclusive Mandalorian prints, and the grand finale of a an interactive Star Wars-themed trivia event hosted on Twitch.

HErSCHEL HOMEWORK
-
PLATFORM: Instagram
-
Art + Design have always been at the core of everything we do, so naturally we developed an art program encouraging our community to create from home by remixing our brand and tagging us using #HerschelHomework
-
The response was epic. We saw backpacks designed out of soap, melted crayons, even noodles!
-
For the second phase of Herschel Homework we worked with prominent artists to host tutorials on everything from collage to mural painting to flower arrangement.

ANDY WARHOL VIRTUAL POP ART EXPERIENCE
-
PLATFORM: Zoom
-
25 VIP's were invited to immerse themselves in the world of Warhol, all without leaving home.
-
To launch our 1st of 3 Andy Warhol collections, we hosted a Virtual Pop Art experience in partnership with the AGO: Art Gallery of Ontario.
-
In advance of the event, each guest was shipped a complete pop art kit featuring paints, brushes, canvases and of course a piece from the new collection. An instructor from the AGO then hosted a step-by-step pop art class, inviting guests to get creative, get colourful and share their masterpieces online.

PURPOSE, VISION & VALUEs LAUNCH
-
PLATFORMS: BRANDLIVE, Mural + Zoom
-
The global reveal of Herschel Supply's newly formed Purpose, Vision and Values demanded a world class virtual experience. So we got to work building 2 sound stages: a newsdesk and fireside chat space. Each equipped with state-of-the-art AV.
-
We then enlisted the help of Virtual Event pros Brandlive to give the event a perfectly produced, TV-like experience.
